Helen Lindberg

A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Helen hails from a family of classical musicians. While in high school, she was selected to attend the acting program at the Governor's Magnet School for the Arts at Old Dominion University. She holds a B.F.A. in Acting from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate of the professional training program at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater in New York City where she studied with Sanford Meisner, Richard Pinter, Ron Stetson and Ian McRae. Helen has appeared in numerous theatrical performances, television shows and feature films. Most recently, she spent a year in Spain teaching "An Introduction to the American Dialect" to the students of the Mallorca Film Academy. She is an avid student of the Spanish language and belly dancing and currently resides in Western North Carolina.
